The wife and I were looking to downsize a little and get to an area with more space. However, we were very specific in what we wanted. Jeremy worked hard to put many properties in front of us that met our narrow criteria. However, we were able to find something that made it not the place for us. Jeremy kept working though and finally was able to find a place that met our expectations. Then the real work started. Jeremy helped us navigate the purchase process like a seasoned pro. Then came the selling of our previous home. We received an offer pretty quickly and thought we were home free. However, the buyer’s lender was quite difficult to deal with, and it was after the fact that Jeremy confessed a lot of the nonsense with this lender he had shielded us from. Jeremy also did a lot of little things we did not expect that were just bonuses in the process of buying and selling. I would highly recommend Jeremy for any real estate transaction you may be considering.

Jeremy went above and beyond what we expected. This was my husband and my first house, and on top of that, we were 39 weeks pregnant.
